Aktuelle Partneranfrage:
Dear future partners,
We, “Support for Youth Development” Association (Romanian NGO), will apply for
the 1st of February call with a youth exchange project (Action 1.1).
It will be the fourth edition of the project "Romania Seen Through Your
Camera"
The first edition was successfully implemented between 20-28 August 2011 in
Transylvania and it achieved Its goal: to change the stereotypes and prejudices
the participants had about Romania. Also, the participants have worked on media
materials (photographs, videos and articles) about the country, available on
the project website.
The second edition took place in Moldavia, Romania, between 12-23 April 2012.
It aimed to continue the work started through the first edition. The
participants had the occasion to visit cities, villages and monasteries in the
area and ’paint’ the real image of Romania through pictures, videos and
articles.
The third edition was implemented in Dobrogea, another area of Romania, by the
Black Sea and the Danube Delta, between 20-31 August 2012. During this period,
the participants had the opportunity to discover the oldest mountains of the
country, the only forest in Romania with wild horses and different multi-ethnic
communities. The results of the participants’ work (photos, videos and articles
about Romania) were featured in a public exhibition, organized in each of the
implicated countries.
We want to make the fourth edition even better than the previous, in July
2013!
If your organisation is interested in photography, video making and writing
articles, and you want to discover the real Romania while breaking its
stereotypes and prejudices, step up and apply for this project!
